Account Director

Everyone here is passionate about the work and about life and we’re are looking for a great Account Director to join our crew.

  • Extensive experience leading integrated campaigns across media channels and tactics
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Critical thinking to anticipate and understand client needs and workflow to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget
  • Ability to evaluate work to ensure it’s on brief and within scope
  • Experience leading yearly planning inclusive of account stewardship of communication and media plans
  • Strong understanding and insight of client’s business
  • Analytical mindset to examine results with agency and client and bring proactive recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationship with clients and internal teams
  • Presentation skills – both written and oral
  • Written contribution for effective and inspirational briefs

  • 8+ years of integrated account management experience in an advertising agency
