Accounting Assistant – Atlanta, GA (Bi-Lingual Spanish, English)

We are looking for a self-motivated Bookkeeping Department assistant to support Andrade’s team. The ideal candidate is focused and willing to actively work to ensure their team is functioning smoothly and efficiently. They will be highly organized, resourceful, efficient, flexible, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking, and attention to detail are equally important.

Key Qualifications

· Proficiency in Quick Books, Office Outlook, Office Word, and Office Excel

· High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

· Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and assist others

· Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and managers across the team

· Listening Skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow from assigned leaders

· Organized but flexible, with the ability to anticipate change and to react efficiently and quickly


Manage and maintain office mail, office files, and insurance information. Print and file purchase orders from customers. Check and reply to emails. Manage and maintain HR/DOT documents. Manage and maintain meetings and notes. Independently research solutions to problems using resources such as Google or YouTube. Other administrative tasks as needed. Some Book keeping also will be asked of you.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $12 – $15 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
