Description of Primary Duties

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and CoGri USA:

– Receive and route email inquiries to the General Manager or appropriate employee

– Manage telephone inquiries

– Data input into our server when needed

– Arrange travel for employees travelling inside the United States and abroad

– Keep track of office inventory

– Pick up mail from local mail box

– Prepare and schedule pickup of equipment

– Assist General Manager with online research

Essential Requirements:

· Excellent computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Articulate and numerate

· An eye for detail

· Customer Focused
