Overview:

General Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experienced with advanced contact center Off-the-Shelf (OTS) applications including Cisco, Verint and Aspect,
  • Experienced with monitoring Cisco Network configurations,
  • Support Cisco network troubleshooting and testing, ability to detect and address/fix persisting issues,
  • Experienced with Aspect Workforce Management configurations,
  • Experienced with Verint Contact Recording application and integration,
  • Implement new and help sustain existing networks and support its end-users,
  • Ability to enhance and/or maintain security levels as needed.

Additional Roles and Responsibilities – Active Directory

  • Experience with user accounts and group permissions provisioning
  • Develop group policies, inheritance, and order in which policies are applied,
  • Understand differences between log on, log off, startup, and shutdown scripts.
  • Understand replication and FSMO roles
  • Understanding LDAP and how to configure authentication for application logins
  • Perform domain controller maintenance and overall domain health
  • Troubleshoot domain related issues


Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years in a related field. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree,
  • 2+ years experience working in Windows 2012 and 2019 environments,
  • 2+ years Active Directory experience,
  • 2+ years experience in a large contact center environment.
  • Ability to pass the mandatory Minimum Background Investigation.

  • Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager (ICM)
  • Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
