Customer Service Rental Application Processor

We are looking for a customer service rep with strong interest in Residential Property Management and real estate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Excalibur Homes is located in Alpharetta and manages over 2100 homes in Metro Atlanta. We have an immediate need for a customer service rep to process rental applications. Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation and live within a 20 minute drive to the Alpharetta office.

Candidates will be Responsible for processing rental applications, updating customers and clients, and listing properties for rent online. Successful candidates must work well in an office collaborative environment, will have lots of energy, exceptional attention to detail, impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal), follow up skills, accountability and must have expert level Microsoft Office computer skills.
