We have a training program and will train motivated and committed individuals who have a passion for patient care and customer service. In this position, you will play a key role as the first impression our patients receive of our company and are responsible for providing superior patient care, customer service and consultative sales assistance to our prospective patients. Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for EDUCATING our patients about their journey, sharing EXCITEMENT for the LASIK Experience, BUILDING the brand and the relationship, and CONVERTING using best practices.

Additional responsibilities for this role include:

  • Generate leads and revenue by handling inbound phone calls, outbound phone calls, website based leads and other sources
  • Assist vision centers and provide great patient care by handling appointment reminder outbound calls
  • Create and maintain patient profiles, ensuring information is entered accurately and helpful for future patient review
  • Enhance the customer experience by identifying sales and patient care needs and utilizing consultative sales techniques to provide the assistance necessary
  • Maintain service knowledge in order to accurately assist patients in their patient journey
  • Meet quantitative metrics and performance standards as defined by management

Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you should possess exceptional organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a highly-dynamic work environment. Additionally, it is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication.

Specific qualifications for this role include:

  • Comfortable engaging in conversation
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Highly adaptable to change
  • Receptive to mentoring and coaching
  • The ability to laugh and have fun!
  • Basic computer skills including various webs based and software applications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years college education preferred
  • Two years consultative sales/customer service experience preferred
