Senior Director of Corporate FP&A – Atlanta Metro

What will I be responsible for in this job?

This position, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A, will play an integral role in drafting communications material to the investment community in preparation for quarterly earnings calls and investor conferences, planning for and participating in investor meetings with the executive leadership team, analyzing and monitoring peer group/industry trends, maintaining consensus estimates, and performing ad-hoc analysis.

The individual must possess a strong understanding of the company’s strategic vision and financial performance and effectively communicate this information to the external constituents, including sell side analysts, as well as existing and potential shareholders and bondholders. This is a highly visible role and enables the candidate to interact with senior leaders across the company.

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in areas such as investor relations, investment banking, or equity/credit research
  • Bachelors or MBA Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting. MBA preferred

  • Strong team building skills and the proven ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate financial data
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communications/presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • FactSet experience preferred, but not required
