KiZAN Technologies has an immediate need for an exceptional individual to join our family as an Exchange Online Consultant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, is a true team player with a commitment to success, has leadership skills, and will be able to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the successful completion of project initiatives on-time and within budget; completing project plans and maintaining project schedules
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including completing technical aspects of the proposal/statement of work
  • As the client’s trusted adviser, identify and pursue additional opportunities
  • Transfer knowledge to customers as part of the delivery of services and through classroom instruction
  • Mentor less experienced consultants and/or students/interns
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Works with Principal Consultant to provide adequate opportunity for on-going skills training for members of Project Team(s)
  • Ability to understand customers’ business and the impacts of technology on the business. Conducts assessments from a business perspective
  • Writes detailed project plans, assesses customer needs, and determines appropriate resources
  • Regularly updates key client contacts as to status of project
  • Handles serious customer concerns, involves Principal Consultant for critical issues
  • Manages quality assurance by reviewing team’s work and providing feedback in a positive and constructive manner
  • Ability to travel, overnight up to 25%.
  • Ability to travel independently to client sites; if by car, a valid driver’s license or reliable method of transportation is required.
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience/knowledge
  • MCSE and/or MCITP certification
  • Must have experience with the current releases of Microsoft Windows server, Windows workstation products, and experience with other Microsoft server-based products
  • Must have experience with Office 365 deployment
  • 2-3 years of experience in Exchange
  • Solid Understanding of mail flow, SMTP, TLS, DNS, Certificates, and PowerShell, and Outlook
  • Conceptual understanding of Lync, SharePoint, Federation Services, Forefront Online Protection for Exchange
