As our HVAC Service Manager, you strive to get our new HVAC department up and running. You play a vital role in training and developing our team of HVAC technicians. You build trust with clients and network in the community in order to build clientele, always maintaining a professional demeanor. Leading by example, you inspire field technicians to take pride in their work and continuously improve. You provide guidance when handling any type of problem and quickly resolve disputes. You also perform a variety of administrative duties including, reporting on sales, activity measurables and using analytics to measure productivity and goal achievements to identify ways to maximize efficiency and profitability.   • At least 3 years of experience with HVAC troubleshooting
  • HVAC licensure
  • EPA certified
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to pass a drug test
  • Obtain own hand tools
  • Leadership abilities
