We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

The position is part-time to start with amd allows you to work from home. You will be required to come to our Alpharetta, GA Division office at times once the COVID situation is better. A real estate license is required and experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis (approx. 60% time spent on phone)
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads for agents
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurturing of leads
  • Contact past clients and the team’s sphere of influence to ask for referrals
  • Report tracking metrics to leadership for accountability

Qualifications:

  • Ability to memorize, practice, and deliver your own unique prospecting script
  • A consistently positive attitude and customer service mentality
  • Organized, systematic, and highly detail-oriented
  • A strong desire to achieve goals and focus on results
  • Ability to overcome the no’s in order to get the yes’s
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to consult and create rapport with clients without being ‘salesy’
  • Ability to concentrate on phone conversations while blocking out distractions
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members in a warm but effective manner
  • Driven to get results and is coachable
  • Proficient in the use of Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems like Brevity
  • Real estate license required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
