Stibo Systems’ North American Inside Sales Team’s primary objective is to partner with both the mid-market and enterprise sales teams to identify companies that could benefit from our product/service offerings. This role will be responsible for prospecting targeted companies, following up on web and event inquiries and turning those leads into sales qualified leads (SQLs) to help build the sales pipeline.

With the increase of demand for sales support, the Americas team has a job opening for an inside sales role. This role can be based out of Atlanta or home office and will report to Director Demand Generation.

Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the sales team to identify target accounts

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources (Hoovers D&B. Discover.org, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, etc.

  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

  • Working with the sales team to qualify leads to become SQL

  • Use Salesforce to document all potential activity

Inside Sales Requirements and Qualifications

  • Comfortable making cold calls/emails

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

  • Persuasive and goal-oriented (5 SQLs/month)

  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

  • Self-motivated and self-directed but must work well independently or in a team environment

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred within the software or technology industries

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
