Manufacturing Supervisor – -3rd Shift

As a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in our animal feed manufacturing facility, you will provide leadership, guidance and supervision of hourly Production employees and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Distribution.

Your focus is to ensure quality products are safe and efficiently produced within scheduled timeline. You will be able to contribute through value-added activities in quality improvement, efficiency enhancement and process improvement.

  • Experience with GMP’s, HAACP, sanitation, process improvement, plant safety programs, and quality assurance

Experience-Education (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, agriculture, food science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of increasing responsibility in a food or feed-manufacturing environment, including supervisory accountability. HACCP Training a plus.

Competencies-Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience identifying, recommending and finding solutions utilizing Lean Practices, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma practices

  • Mechanical aptitude
