We are currently looking to fill a Marketing Coordinator role, which is a full-time, permanent position. This person will report to the AVP, Digital Strategy & Member Engagement and would preferably be in the greater Atlanta, GA area or the greater Hartford, CT area (near one of our offices located in Atlanta, GA or Windsor, CT).

The ideal candidate will have broad marketing skills and be a creative and quick learner who thrives in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. In this position, you will manage and collaborate on all aspects of marketing including campaign development and execution, measurement, customer segmentation and list creation, and customer relationships across the LL Global enterprise product suite.


  • Support audience development efforts for Marketing
    • Build and nurture targeted contact lists for Salesforce and Learning Management System (LMS) from member companies
    • Conduct data grooming in Salesforce and the LMS add and optimize contact information and member demographics
    • Assist in the development of an inbound lead generation program
    • Develop segmented lists based on behaviors and constituency with prospects (i.e., email engagement, website interactions, conference/committee activity)
    • Develop creative campaigns and execution for initial engagement
    • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of email campaigns
  • Create and deliver effective, compelling and creative marketing promotions, e-newsletters, targeted landing pages, messaging and sales tools; manage email creation, content development and campaign execution
  • Help the organization develop an inbound lead generation program


  • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or business degree preferred
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in a marketing position
  • Must understand and execute target marketing
  • Experience with inbound lead generation development a plus
  • Experience working with CRM platforms; Salesforce expertise a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML a plus
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and email marketing platforms (such as Pardot, Exact Target, Constant Contact, Real Magnet, etc.)
  • Strong campaign/content writer
  • Demonstrated usage of metrics to drive business initiatives
  • Fast learner who is flexible and able to respond to frequently changing business needs
  • Exhibit a curious and creative mindset
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful; interact effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and drive/manage projects through completion
  • Strong communication skills required to work effectively with internal partners and clients; able to ask insightful questions to better uncover and understand customer needs
  • Exceptional aptitude for creative writing; possess strong presentation skills
  • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and email automation
  • Open and responsive to constructive feedback
