The candidate must be able to sit in our Atlanta office when we can return to the officeThis position serves the Individual Medicare markets for GA, LA, AL and MSDevelops and manages detailed Medicare product and sales implementation plans, executes strategy in collaboration with business partners to drive profitable membership growth in a sales-oriented environment.Creates and manages cross-functional project plans, understands both technical and business-related details of deliverables pertaining to product and operations.Troubleshoots complex issues and executes special projects.Manages operational functions pertaining to our Medicare Advantage and DSNP products in the Georgia/Gulf States market (GA/LA/AL/MS).Shares responsibility for the oversight and execution of CMS and state-specific processes and activities, including the accuracy and compliance of the annual bid, product and benefit design strategy and implementation, operational readiness for product rollouts.Supports member, broker and local market focused initiatives, including development, review and implementation of outreach materials and programs.Collaborates with internal teams to help resolve broker and member related issues.Uses competitive intelligence and market analysis to help research and guide development and implementation of Medicare products.Maintains awareness of trends, developments and governmental regulations in Medicare and/or Medicaid and managed health care organizations.

Required Qualifications
Required:Bachelor’s degree along with (5+) years of recent and related work experience.Project management and/or Six Sigma background, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset, Advanced oral and written communication skills.
