We are seeking experienced Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents for Atlanta area projects. Builders to manage all aspects of the construction project ensuring quality standards and completion schedules are met while adhering to budgets and maintaining the project flow.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Oversee construction activities and manage subcontractors implementing quality control measures and ensure all work is completed to quality standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure materials and workmanship conform to the construction documents.
  • Direct day to day supervision of the project.
  • Coordinate all subcontract work and material delivery in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Document daily construction activities and site safety.
  • Create & supervise completion of punch lists and ensure quality.
  • Maintain the appearance of the project, and ensure the project site is organized, secure and clean.
  • Keep project records including as-built drawings, specifications, shop drawings, project reports, permits, and draws.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read plans and familiar with construction sequencing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate have working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Fieldwire and other construction software a plus.
  • Experience supervising subcontractors.
  • OSHA 10 Hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
