The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. This role will require an experienced, supply chain project manager who has proven skill working with multiple customers and multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Write detailed Statements of Work, Change Requests, and Work Orders

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop comprehensive, detailed project plans to monitor and track progress to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

  • Develop a detailed project plan

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

  • Reports directly to Region Director

  • 50% travel required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline

  • 8 years + of Project Management experience with a proven track record of success

  • Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.

  • Proven working experience in supply chain project management

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational ability including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with partners and building influential relationships with the stakeholders, including Customers, Product Teams, and Product Centers of Excellence Teams,

  • Ability to work and manage in a matrix management environment.

  • Lead, coach and develop sales teams in growth environments

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree – MBA

  • Strong Executive Presence – this role will have extensive executive visibility both internally and externally

  • Experience with systems development and systems integration

  • Experience with a structure approach to software development
