We are looking for an experienced, talented, Real Estate Executive Assistant to create and implement systems and bring new and creative ideas to the team. This individual will develop, maintain and oversee the team brand, ensuring that it is cohesive in all areas of business and generate referrals by building brand recognition locally and nationally.

Primary Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

· Manage Social media presence

· Plan and execute Client Appreciation & Education Events

· Manage print and digital marketing strategies

· Performance tracking and statistical analysis for marketing projects

· Learn to operate and track results of new office technologies (KW Command) as they are developed and implemented

· Promote the Gina Sharma Team brand to attract talented professionals to the team

· Manage and maintain leads calendar, leads schedule, social media and event calendar

· Research and implement consistent blogging and videos for social media

· Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail/email and or other materials and answer and routine/file/client/counterparts and attach necessary correspondence if necessary, in replies

· Answer company cell phone, check voicemail, take messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals

· Combination of writing, addressing and mailing outbound note cards as requested

· Follow up with past clients – weekly / monthly / etc.

· Facilitate reviews from closed clients on Zillow, Facebook, etc.

· Systematically review and clean up databases

· Create and complete daily check lists to remain up to date on completed tasks

· Creating Clients for life by enhancing our systems both during and after the sale

· Support Listing Team by entering listings and marketing status changes

· Communicate with clients to ensure a smooth process until close

· Develop and implement Policies and Procedures manuals regarding social media and marketing

· Make Copies of correspondence or other printed material

· Serve all visitors to the organization

· Update leadership on performance statistics of marketing strategies and make suggestions for updating and adjusting strategies

· There are also additional responsibilities that are required and or added as needed based on the business needs.

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Upbeat personality

· Competitive nature

· Ability to assess customer needs through relevant questioning during initial telephone contact

· Ability to work well with clients, vendors and team members

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol

· Knowledge of MLS, Marketing processes for a real estate team

· Punctual, organized and detail oriented

· Proficient with graphic design

· Proficient with email marketing software such as MailChimp

· Proficient with Google Apps Platforms and high computing skills.

· Proficient with Social Media Platforms

· Proficient in creating content for different types of media

· Ability to clearly communicate with team and clients through verbal and written communications. Ability to type, handwrite, use computers, answer phones and assist clients and fellow team members daily.

· Self-Managed, self-driven individual with strong teamwork building skills

. Knowledge of Keller Williams system, tools and models is a plus.

. Must have at least 2 years of experience of Real Estate transaction management and marketing/managing listings

. Time management skills
