Sanders Team Sales Director (Real Estate) – McDonough Office

This leadership role is like no other. As the leader of the #3 Real Estate Team in America, the Team Leader must have a keen business sense, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. High energy, a servant mindset, and the ability to work alongside the leadership team are essential in order to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate must have a Real Estate background and embrace Sanders Team Philosophy – Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs, and Perspectives.

The office will support Atlanta, Stockbridge, McDonough, Covington, and other locations.

Team Lead will be allowed to do up to 5 personal real estate transactions a year and unlimited referrals!


  • Support and build successful team agents
  • Answer agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, goal planning
  • Teach weekly training classes
  • Motivate and Encourage all agents
  • Ensure team is meeting goals
  • Assist agents in meeting goals and working to find solutions to any issues

A successful candidate must have:

  • Real Estate Experience and an Active GA Real Estate License
  • Be a proven leader, a great communicator, a consultant, a trainer, ambitious
  • Proven success- professional business building with a great personal reputation of integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

  • Management/Leader: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
