The Commercial team at OMNY is excited to help healthcare providers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies use data to improve clinical outcomes. We’ve been growing our healthcare provider sales pipeline faster than we can schedule meetings – almost 1,000 facilities have been successfully signed todate. We can’t wait to get thousands more to unleash the power of their data through the OMNY platform; we want to be the largest healthcare data ecosystem and drive explosive growth for our customers’ businesses.


The Role

Health systems face considerable economic headwinds, rendering them unable to start new clinical initiatives, expand care offerings, add to their staff. Therefore, our data-partnerships with health systems are mission critical for our growth as a company. We’re seeking a dynamic, talented and motivated Sales Executive, Healthcare Data Partnerships, to lead and execute on our data partnerships efforts with health systems and care networks. You’ll help us revolutionize the healthcare industry as we build a world class organization, reporting to Sunny Grewal, one of our co-founders and our Chief Commercial Officer.


In This Role You Will

  • Strike data partnerships with targeted health systems and care networks
  • Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives at healthcare providers across the U.S.
  • Lead the data strategy for each client based on their available data sources in coordination with the implementation team
  • Manage the sales relationships pipeline from start to end, constantly refining and shortening the sales cycle
  • Forecast account resource allocation and create and execute on account strategy

Requirements:

What the Role Requires

  • 7+ years Healthcare Enterprise-level SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet and convince stakeholders at C-suite and division leaders
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare data ecosystem
  • Strong, established industry relationships
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
  • Understand and utilize CRM tools to track account information and status of prospective healthcare systems and respond to business forecasts
  • High degree of professional ethics
  • Comfort with working in a (very) fast paced environment
  • Experience managing and developing leaders
  • Travel may be required at times


Bonus Points

  • Detailed working knowledge of Hubsport CRM
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, which we anticipate growing into

Role Location

Atlanta, Ohio, Washington, California preferred. Other locations (remote) considered for the right candidate.
