Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Analyzes financial information. Prepares account statements, reports, and reconciles balance sheet accounts. Assists in completion of month-end duties. Primary responsibilities in the monthly review, preparation, posting and reconciliation of the following accounts and maintain relevant records and files:

Revenue recognition and corresponding unbilled receivable and deferred revenue

Fixed asset including setup, depreciation, and subledger reconciliations

Prepaid expenses

Record month-end accruals and other journal entries as needed during close

Provide support and back up for accounting team as needed during month end

Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts, month-over-month comparison and fluctuation analysis, as well as provide commentaries

Calculate agent commission, accrue commission, and maintain commission schedule

Support for month-end financial reporting, year-end audit requests, and internal audit

Support and adhere to Company’s core values

Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

Required Education and Experience: A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required in the field of accounting, finance, etc. At least 5 years of related experience required.
