Panther HVAC is ready to hire a full-time Service Manager to work in and around Lithia Springs, GA, leading a crew in performing quality service on HVAC systems. This position earns $300,000 annually, depending on experience. Our team enjoys coming to work and feels valued for their contributions to the company.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE MANAGER

As our Service Manager, you work hard each day to get our new HVAC department operating on a professional level. Our HVAC technicians rely on you to provide training and development procedures. You lead by example and motivate our team of field technicians to take pride in and improve their work. Always maintaining a professional demeanor, you build trust with clients, inspiring them to return to us for future services, as well as network within the community to build our client base.

You also provide guidance and handle any problems and quickly resolve disputes. While you do spend a lot of time out in the field, you are also organized and keep on top of all your administrative duties including reporting on sales, activity measurables, and using analytics to measure productivity and goal achievements to identify ways to improve efficiency and profitability. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 or more years of experience with HVAC troubleshooting
  • HVAC license
  • EPA certificate
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Can pass a drug test
  • Your own hand tools
  • Can lead a team
