  • Ensure parking lots are cleaned each and every morning picking up any debris and weeds. Continue to monitor the parking lot throughout the day.
  • Ensure trash in all departments is taken out daily before leaving. Remove trash during the day as needed.
  • Continually monitor the service department for any debris, spilled chemicals, or units that need to be moved back into the service lanes.
  • Wash any units that have services completed as soon as you see them in the wash bay.
  • Assist customers AT THEIR DIRECTION in unloading/loading units into their vehicles or on their trailers.
  • Occasional operation of forklift
  • Moderate to frequent operation /movement of two wheel and 4 wheel motor vehicles.
  • Assist service technicians in staging units for their upcoming jobs.
  • Assist service advisors in getting maintenance parts from the parts department, ensuring that these parts are correct, and delivering them to the appropriate technician.
  • Continually clean doors, floors, restrooms, and customer’s units to ensure the greatest possible customer experience.
  • Wipe down vehicles or wash as needed when service is completed. Each vehicle should be cleaner when it leaves than when it came in.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Time management: Employees must be able to understand the duties of his position and perform them without being told.
  • Employees must understand that oftentimes he/she is the first face a customer may see as they check their unit into our service department. He/she must be courteous and professional in their attire, hygiene, and when interacting with customers.
  • Attention to detail: Employee must be able to understand what the standards are for a clean work environment as well as what constitutes a clean vehicle that is going to be delivered to a customer.
  • Employees must have a clean MVR and be able to drive a truck and trailer in the event that a unit must be physically delivered to the customer.
  • Must be willing and able to get a Motorcycle Endorsement. We provide the classes.

  • Noise level is medium to high.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
