PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To exceed customer and employee expectations on a daily basis while protecting our resources through safety and following procedures.


  • Understand and reinforce the Mountain Motorsports mission statement. Greatly exceed expectations. We do the unexpected, we achieve excellence through teamwork and we constantly improve.

  • Manage the warehouse and storage environment as though it was your own. This includes protecting against theft, safely stacking units, and rotating inventory to protect from damage.

  • Follow the correct assembly manual for all builds and services.

  • Safely unload all crates, pallets, and roll off units in a timely manner with hand trucks or forklifts.

  • Keep a clean and safe area free from clutter and distractions to help promote safety and minimize loss.

  • Work with the service and parts departments to fulfill customer orders when attached to a sales unit.

  • Properly schedule the day so all units are completed and ready before deadlines.

  • Assist the sales manager with properly stocking the floor. This includes recommending units as needed.

  • Test ride and QC new bikes prior to delivery.

  • Utilize the Trello message boards for incoming units and build/pdi. (See instruction sheets)

  • Complete a daily walk of the yard and ensure all units are stored or locked as needed to minimize theft.

  • Assist as needed with event load in and load out. This included after hours events.

  • Use company vehicles to transport units safely and timely

  • Accurately tie down units for safe transport

  • Notify necessary department manager about transport or on site damage to units, company vehicles or building

  • Drive as needed to complete dealer transfers.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to clients.

  • Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

  • Regular Attendance is required during store hours to meet the needs of the customers and the company

  • Clear MVR allowing our insurance to cover you.

  • Education Requirements 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training.

  • Written Communication to include basic computer knowledge i.e. typing and the use of scheduling systems

  • Motorcycle endorsement within 90 days of employment


  • Frequent standing, walking and sitting.

  • Continuous oral communication.

  • Continuous hearing at a conversational level.

  • Frequent telephone, app, and computer usage.

  • Working under deadlines.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 75+lbs.

  • Frequent pushing of up to 300+ lbs.


  • Frequent exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.

  • Frequent working with and around others.

  • Frequent work around mechanical parts including moving vehicles.

  • Frequent exposure to hazardous chemicals.

  • Frequent work around moving objects, (including dogs and other service animals).

  • Noise level is low to high.
