Showroom Manager:

Our business is booming with COVID. More people are looking to update their homes with less travel and Made in America is what consumers are after.

Covid has caused our manager to retire and this creates an opportunity in Alpharetta not available in years.

Leather Creations is looking for a Showroom Manager in our key high end retail showroom located in Alpharetta, GA. Showroom Managers are a key part of our success as they are in charge of all day to day operations in our retail showrooms. Managers work 5 days a week and are required to work weekends, and important holidays such as Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc.

You typically get 2 consecutive off days during the week.

The work week is normally approximately 40-44 hours but currently due to COVID we have reduced hours.

We are a retail store as well as the manufacturer.

Our product is made in our factory located in Atlanta GA and sold exclusively through our retail showrooms.

Business is privately held and was founded in 1994.

Pay package includes a Salary + Commissions + Override (Profit Sharing) + Benefits.

Currently our Showroom Manager in that location makes between 80k and 100k a year.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • All day to day operations
  • Meeting personal Sales Quotas
  • Meeting showroom sales quotas
  • Maintaining Margins
  • Managing Sales Rep(s)
  • Training Sales Rep(s)
  • Merchandizing
  • Showroom Maintenance
  • Service/Delivery
  • Work with Corporate on Marketing
  • Look for other sales channels for our product

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have previous management experience in a sales organization (preferably in retails sales)
  • Must have a passion for the design industry
  • Must have a proven sale history
  • Must have the ability to work with our Point of Sale software & Office 365
  • Must dress professionally with high end design in mind
  • Must be a self starter
  • Design experience is helpful
  • Sales experience in high end sales is helpful
