Full Job Description

ASAP Solutions is filling a 7 plus month contract assignment with a direct client for a Mobile Device Manager to be based in Atlanta. Role is expected to be extended year after years and will be remote until Covid settles. If interested, please submit resume through Indeed for immediate consideration.

Solution Architect / Mobile Device Manager – IoMT

Takes responsibility for the technical understanding and solution design of the client requirements for IoMT (Internet of Medical Things). Provide clients with the support and implementation for medical devices to collect, analyze, and send data across the Internet, Customer Intranet/Extranet via a custom APN. Not only can digital devices, such as heart monitors, be connected, but so can non-digital items like hospital beds and pills.

  • Understand and formalize customer business issues/drivers and requirements
  • Participate in customer proposal development and review process, ensure proposals and statements of work fully align with customer requirements
  • Evaluate solution approach options and available technology to ensure proposals deliver required capabilities
  • Effectively communicate capabilities and functionality of solutions to customers, sales teams and leadership
  • Collaborate with product development, industry solution organizations to develop solution offerings, resolve critical issues or improve on existing products and capabilities
  • Define technical objectives, process requirements, constraints, and scope of the solution to be deployed
  • Identify and design required interfaces and data needs
  • Ensure detailed user case scenarios are defined and approved for each client solution being deployed
  • Execute and deliver professional services to plan, qualify, identify devices and components, and establish timeline for solution deployment
  • Determine details of deployment, including packaging, number of boxes, accessories, labeling, cases, marketing and technical collateral
  • Collaborate with customer to compose and review Staging Summaries for pilots, gold images and production activities
  • Qualify New Components in collaboration with suppliers and customers
  • Manage and address all technical subject matter in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Support pilots, gold images and production activities in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Reviews incident reports, change controls and CAPA reports for adequacy of root cause, corrections, corrective actions, preventative actions and effectiveness of mobile device OS.
  • MDM, bulk mobile device enrollment and mobile IP networks. Need to have mass mobile deployment experience and understand IOS and Android OS. Consultant will meet with hospital IT staff and gain the specifications of the proposed / connected medical devices. Must have Mass Configuration, Mass device management and security experience. Must also have been involved in deployments. Responsible for understanding configuration, SIM cards, packaging and labeling for devices, etc.
  • The data devices will interact with the new medical devices like a remote control that feeds the Data to the manufacturer who then transmits updates to the Clinics. Tracking through IMEI # on the devices.The devices that are to be reconfigured are Android and iOS. May work with Airwatch for managing security.
