We have an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Data Analyst who has passion for understanding data through analysis and visualization, has strong data fluency, a drive to continuously improve their skill set and knowledge base, and are passionate about partnering with other parts of the business to provide novel data insights and improve decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze Business performance across different functions Engineering, ISC, Marketing, Finance, and more as needed
  • Dive deep into data to uncover trends, data quality, and data completeness
  • Prepare trend analysis and investigative reporting for product teams and senior management
  • Utilize statistical modelling techniques where appropriate to drive business decisions
  • Provide guidance and counsel to project/program leadership based on analysis of operational data with regards to business improvement
  • Responsible for taking data analysis and insights capability to the next level; working with data infrastructure to ensure the data is accessible, auditing existing visualization dashboards, and working with stakeholders to recommend and create new reporting/insights
  • Provide clear, timely, and accurate communication to business unit leadership/appropriate audiences on analysis, findings, and key insights
  • Deliver training as required to teams on newly developed or improved processes, systems and tools.
  • Understanding of data structures and modeling
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization


You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience with at least one statistical programming language: Python, R, SAS, Julia (Python Preferred)
  • 5 years of experience using SQL with any database

We Value

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn unstructured data/problems into easily digestible analyses and conclusions
  • Previous experience analyzing behavior at an internet company, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively and drive the business forwards
  • Intermediate Business modeling skills using Excel or BI Tool
  • Financial modeling ability
  • Basic familiarity with Machine Learning concepts
  • Advanced statistical knowledge
