The purpose of this position is to assist and support in the administration of field data collection phases of the various current or special census surveys while troubleshooting any field operational problems.

Specialized Experience:

For the GG-05, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-04 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes:

Experience for this position includes maintaining survey materials, control files, computing ratios, and preparing computerized reports; experience using Google search or similar search engines, Mapquest or applications similar to, Fast Data and Yahoo; experience using databases such as Access or Excel, conducting searches on specific data elements; experience reviewing case outcomes and determining if adequate information is provided or if additional follow up is needed; experience working and dealing with multiple customer demands in a professional environment.


Four years above the high school level.
