Job Description: Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities-

  • Provide superior customer service to all clients

  • Provide analysis and guidance to ensure the proper division of assets in divorce, including but not limited to retirement benefits, stock options, investment accounts, and businesses

  • Evaluate tax implications of asset division in divorce cases

  • Prepare QDROs, EDROs, DROs and other documents necessary to divide retirement accounts

  • Work with a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy

  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction

Qualification Requirements

  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

  • LLM in Taxation

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience reviewing and evaluating employees benefits, preparing necessary Judgments and Orders to divide employee benefits and retirement accounts incident to divorce, evaluating the potential tax effects in dividing assets in divorce matters

  • Experience drafting QDROs, DROs, and other documents necessary to divide retirement accounts

  • License, in good standing, to practice law in the state of employment

  • Impeccable professional reputation with a positive perspective

  • Has the technical skills where new programs can be quickly learned
